This project explores the mathematics behind the board game Catan. The project focuses on how probability, expected value, and the distribution of two-dice sums influence resource production and settlement placement. Through simulations, interactive applets, and mathematical analysis, I aim to show how probability can be used to understand the game and make better strategic decisions.
