Hi! My name's Caitlynn!
I love books, board games, and math! I'm so excited to show you a side to math that's a bit different from what you usually see in school. I'm a Math/Stats Education major at Utah State University and plan to teach high school math once I graduate. When people ask me why I like math I often say that I enjoy it because it's almost like a game. Trying to figure things out. Trying to understand how things work. It's an adventure! But it can be a bit tricky to see the adventure side of math, if in school, all you've done is follow specific steps given to you by a teacher. I hope that on this website, I can present a bit of the more game-side of mathematics and show you a little part of the beauty that I see in it!
