i have chose to do my semester project on the topic of mathematics within a camera and photopgraphy. mathematics is everywehre we look even if we dont think about it. so much math goes into building a camera and having it do what we want it to. it also goes into the process of actually talking a photo. math is used to determin the settings of the camer and the outcome of the photograph. i think that this is going to be a really interesting topic to reseach and learn about how mathematics allows a camera to work.
