Title Description
Lauren K Williams Teaching Archive Includes a wide variety of applets for topics including polar coordinates, limits and approximating pi, taylor polynomials, prime numbers, linear algebra, as well as some games.
Rossman/Chance Applet Collection Includes applets for data analysis, sampling, probability, and other statistical topics.
APPLETmaths Geometry. Includes several regarding the relationships of angles within various figures relate. Also includes some on square roots.
Geogebra Calculus Applets Includes a wide variety of applets for deriviatives, integrals, differential equations, polar/parametric vectors, series, and multivariable caluculus.
Physics, and Engineering Applets Primarily physics and engineering, such as oscillations, acoustics, electricity, and quantum mechanics. Also includes linear algebra and vector calculus applets.

Specific Applets

I was actually unable to find applets directly relating to infinities and set theory, however here are some related to the application of infinities.

Riemann Sums Visualize how the area under a curve can be found by an infinite sum of the area of rectangles.
Sum of Infinite Geometirc Series Visualize the effect of a geometric series as each additional term is added
Baravelle's Spiral and Infinite Geometric Series Uses Baravelle's Spiral to visualize a geometric series
Approximating Constants with infinte series Visualize how infinite series can be used to approximate important mathematical constants
