I would use this site to help me understand the best way to teach topic that I struggle with personally because I know that I wouldn't be able to fully teach that subject. This would be a great resource for a new teacher who doesn't have a lot of experience teaching mathematics.
This website/blog is there to help teach topics in mathematics through comedy. They have more opinion in their podcasts because of the humor but the overall knowledge is accurate. They also go over quite a few topics in these podcast which is benificial because it relates multiple topics.

It would teach how to grab a students attention and keep a hold of it for the entire class. I really like listening to these podcasts because they don't get boring.
